In mounter assembly, we perform precision mounting using high-accuracy mounters, N2 reflow systems, and image inspection equipment, enabling us to handle various assembly requirements ranging from small quantities to high-volume production, including repeat orders.
●Soldering of Through-Hole Components
We utilize a point soldering device equipped with a built-in fluxer that enables pinpoint application of flux. The device automatically applies flux only to the necessary areas on the underside of the board and performs precise and stable soldering using a jet nozzle.

Prototype PCB assembly
We strive to accommodate short lead times as much as possible. Even for prototype assembly, we ensure quality through the same approach as repeat orders. At our company, we always create dedicated assembly work instructions for each customer, allowing for a clear understanding of the assembly details through annotated drawings. We perform assembly operations and quality control based on these instructions. Additionally, we maintain progress tracking and assign specific operators using work records, enabling traceability and facilitating feedback for issue resolution.
