We have set the following guarantee period for genuine products and distribution stock products.
❶ In principle, genuine products are guaranteed for one year.
❷ In principle, distribution stock items are guaranteed for 30 days.
However, both genuine products and products in stock on the market with cosmetic defects (including
packaging) are guaranteed for 15 days from delivery, as it becomes difficult to determine who is responsible
for the damage if a long period of time passes. In addition, the guarantee period may be changed depending on
the warranty scope set by the supplier.

●Returns/defect analysis
Please note that if there is a problem with a product delivered by us,
the customer's inspection report will be required to report it to the supplier.

Compensation for defective products is limited to the sales amount of the product.

Please note that we cannot provide any compensation for costs related to recovery, etc. In addition, we cannot
provide compensation for environmental impacts on product surroundings such as boards and devices on
which the relevant parts are mounted. Furthermore, we cannot respond to any requests regarding defects for
products that have been sold, delivered, or transferred to someone else.
